How it began

From an original drawing to a movement in public space.

Aesthetics, affection and social responsibility.

Cat Zyon was created by visual artist Ramiro Silos, who brought together Pop Art, urban communication and social responsibility in a project of real impact — a career that includes window displays for Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor in New York. Sculptor Manoel Simon gave form to the three-meter sculptures. In June 2025, Uberaba became the first city in Brazil to install a monumental sculpture dedicated to the animal cause. What began as a pop-art character now includes public installations, exhibitions, creative workshops, an activity book in development and partnerships united by one purpose: helping animals live with dignity.

Cat Zyon is an international cultural and social platform that combines art, education and animal protection to inspire responsible adoption and respect for life.

Who is Zyon

Zyon is more than a sculpture.

He is a symbol of hope, an invitation to care for the invisible ones of our cities, and a silent messenger that touches hearts wherever he goes.

With the support of NGOs, partners and city governments, Cat Zyon grows as a collective movement of affection, art and attitude. By connecting with the project, you become part of this transformation.
